This Privacy Policy describes how AI Builders LMS ("the App") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of its users — students and faculty of the BS Artificial Intelligence programme at UET Lahore.

All data is stored securely on our university-managed server hosted on Hostinger. Passwords are stored using bcrypt encryption and are never stored in plain text.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Data is only accessible to authorised faculty and administrators of the AI Builders department.
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. Your device token is stored solely for the purpose of delivering academic notifications. You may disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
This App is intended for university students aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your data is retained for the duration of your enrollment in the programme. You may request deletion of your account by contacting the department administrator.
We implement standard security measures including HTTPS, bcrypt password hashing, and PDO prepared statements to protect your data against unauthorised access.
